What Care Crew stores
- Account details: your name, email, and (optionally) phone number.
- The care profile your Captain creates, including health-related notes like medications and allergies.
- Tasks, completions, Care Feed posts, and photos your crew shares.
Who can see it
- Only members of your Care Crew can see your crew’s profile, tasks, feed, and photos.
- Photos are stored privately and are only shown to signed-in crew members.
- We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Emails
- We email invitations and, if you leave them on, notifications about tasks and updates.
- You can turn off email notifications anytime in Settings.
Invitation links
- Invitation links expire after 7 days and can only be used once. Captains can cancel or resend them.
Important
- Care Crew is a coordination tool. It is not a medical record, and it is not monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
